Where can I taste Windsor Sonoma wines?

You can taste our wines at the Windsor Vineyards Tasting Room at 308 B Center Street (on the square), Healdsburg, CA. The tasting room is open from 11a.m. to 7p.m. every day.

How long does delivery take?
All wine orders typically take one to two business days to process.

We normally ship by UPS or other private carriers. For an accurate shipping estimate, add your items to the cart, and use the shipping rate calculator to enter your ship location.

States that have special shipping laws for alcoholic beverages can take longer. Please allow additional delivery time for AZ, MA, MI, and NJ.

If you need your wine by a particular day, please notify us when you place your order so we can help you choose your best shipping option.

Why can't you ship to all 50 states?
Since the repeal of prohibition, the sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages have been regulated by individual states. Each state has its own laws. Rarely do they coincide, and even more rarely do they allow an out-of-state company to sell wine without maintaining a license and inventory in their state.

What can I do if my wine is delivered damaged?
We will pick up and replace the wine or issue a credit or refund depending on your preference.

Do you Guarantee your wines?
Yes, you must be completely delighted with your wine. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply call us to arrange for a pick-up and you will be supplied with a replacement, a credit or a refund. Please make sure you save the contents and bottles for pick-up. This request is a legal requirement and we do appreciate your cooperation. In case we no longer have a particular vintage in stock, your wine will be replaced with the next vintage or a wine of equal or greater value. For Customer Service, call (800) 204-9463 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
