![]() Don't go out and spend money on expensive workout equipment! You've got everything you need right in your wine fridge. This fast-paced circuit from trainer Craig Ballantyne, author of Turbulence Training, alternates upper-and lower-body muscle groups to burn more calories in less time. We've just replace his boring hand weights with bottles of Middle Sister Rebel Red and Middle Sister Drama Queen.
Do it: Complete as many reps of each exercise as you can in 30 seconds, without resting in between moves. Rest one minute, then repeat for a total of three or four sets. Be sure to complete the last movement!
